By using azafahusa.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. Orders are accepted for delivery within the United States only.

We describe every fragrance as accurately as we can, including its concentration, note pyramid and tested longevity, sillage and projection. Scent is subjective and skin chemistry varies, so those figures are an honest guide rather than a guarantee of how a fragrance will behave on you.

Screens render colour differently, so packaging may look slightly different in person. We may change or discontinue a product at any time.

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, though a change never affects an order already placed. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

Payment is taken through Stripe at the point of order. By submitting an order you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when you receive the order confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel an order — and will refund it in full if we do — where:

• An item is out of stock or has been discontinued.
• A price or description was listed in obvious error.
• We cannot verify the payment or delivery details.
• We suspect fraud, resale or abuse of a promotion.

Standard shipping is free within the United States. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and typically arrive 5–7 business days after dispatch. Full detail is on the Shipping page.

Those timings are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by a carrier or by an incorrect address supplied at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Unopened fragrances can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and anything faulty, damaged or sent in error we will put right regardless of that window. For hygiene reasons an opened fragrance cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account that is being used to breach these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone else’s rights.
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-download content, or attempt to bypass rate limits.
• Probe, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Submit false information, impersonate anyone, or post fraudulent reviews.
• Resell products bought here as if they were sold on our behalf.

The Azafah name, logo, fragrance names, product photography and site content belong to Azafah and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. Reviews and other content you submit remain yours, but you grant us a licence to display them on the site.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Fragrance contains ingredients that can irritate sensitive skin. Check the ingredient list, patch-test if you are prone to reactions, and keep bottles away from children and naked flame.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Azafah operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms, and the effective date above changes when we do. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it. Questions go to support@azafahusa.com.
