We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

•Items must be unopened and in original packaging
•Items must be in resalable condition
•Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
•Original receipt or proof of purchase required

📝How to Return

1Log into your account and go to Order History
2Select the order you wish to return
3Click "Request Return" and provide a reason
4Our team will review and approve your return request
5Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions
6Ship the item back using the provided label

💰Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔄Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

⚠️Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@azafah.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

•Gift cards
•Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
